Our number one priority at FHOS India is to strive for customer satisfaction. We ensure any product purchased through us reaches you in pristine condition and in the fastest way possible.

- It takes 2-3 days for us to process and manufacture your order and 3-5 business days for it to reach you.

- Shipping and Returns are free on all prepaid orders across India. On COD orders the customer must pay for shipping and returns.

- For Cash on Delivery orders, we require a telephonic confirmation. After you place your order expect a call from us to confirm your order. We will not ship your order if we do not receive a telephonic confirmation.

- Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your products before the items are returned back to our warehouse. Please leave your phone number at checkout so the delivery partner can coordinate the delivery with you.

- Any items undelivered or not claimed during delivery are subject to Rs.500 handling charges.

Before shipping your order, your products goes through a thorough inspection to make sure we deliver the products in the best condition possible. However, we understand that sometimes there are mishaps on our delivery partners' end, or maybe didn't meet your expectations. We strive for customer satisfaction that's why we have a very lenient return policy.

- If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your product please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will process the return or exchange accordingly. If you make a return or exchange or return request after 48 hours of delivery confirmation we may deny your request.

- If you have a sizing issue we will gladly send the right size. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will initiate the exchange on our end and bear the cost of shipping and handling for the first exchange.

- We cannot process refunds on any COD orders. We can only offer an exchange on COD orders.

- We will initiate a full refund if the item you order is no longer available or out of stock, you canceled the order before dispatch, or you received the wrong/faulty/defective product.

- We will initiate the refund once the product is received at our warehouse and goes through a quality check inspection to ensure the product is in a resalable condition.

- It will take 2-3 days for us to process the refund and for the amount to be credited back to your bank account.
