All of our shoes are made from ethically sourced full grain leather. For any other material used in construction of the product we have it mentioned with full transparency in our product descriptions.

Our leather is ethically sourced from Tata Tanneries and other reputed tanneries in India.

Our workshop is located in New Delhi where we proudly manufacture and design our products.

We have partner with Razorpayto provide you with all modern day payment methods. We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI and Cash on Delivery. We have also partnered with Simpl to provide you with interest free installements on your orders.

Shipping is Freefor the standard prepaid orders across India. You will receive the product within around 3-7 days after placing the order. For Cash on delivery, additional ₹70 are to be paid.

After we recieve your order it takes us 2-3 days to manufacture and process your order. Once it proccesed we will send you an email and whatsapp message with your tracking details.

Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your products before the items are returned back to our warehouse. Please leave your phone number at checkout so the delivery partner can coordinate the delivery with you

You can exchange or return the product within 10 days of receiving the product. The product should be in unused, in saleable condition with all the contents of original packaging.

You can send us an email at contact@fhosindia.com or send us a message on Whatsapp saying you want to cancel your order. You can only cancel before the product is dispatached.

It will take 2-3 days for us to process the refund and for the amount to be credited back to your bank account. We cannot process refunds on any COD orders. We can only offer an exchange on COD orders.
